2.1.1PRIMUS:Stainless Steel Slick Nano Coated

The Legion Primus inner wires strands are specially coated prior to making the wire rope, unlike most coated inner wires which are done after so only the outer surface is coated.
The fine plasma mist electroplating coating process ensures uniform thickness of the friction reducing material, with excellent adhesion and a super fine silky surface; delivering enhanced environmental protection and unparalleled frictional performance. Another advantage of this process is as the individual stands are twisted together to form the rope the coatings light bond to each other, so when the wire is cut it doesn’t fray.

The Legion 1ST CENTURION inner wires strands are specially PTFE coated wire rope. Prior to coating process the rope is chemically modified to improve the bond strength of the PTFE to stainless steel surface, so unlike most of our competitors’ products it doesn’t peel off and choke the outer-casing liner PTFE gives the excellent long lasting ultra-low friction characteristics, improves environmental protection of the wire eliminating corrosion thereby delivery longlasting cable efficiency
